Returns Policy

We hope that we always provide you with the product you are happy with. Occasionally you may need to return an item. If this is the case please see our returns policy below.

WHAT can be returned?
Items that have been damaged in transit or are faulty.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be notified when you receive the item that you need to return it and it needs to be returned within 7 days from receipt..

HOW do customers return items?
Please return to the address above and include the RMA form we emailed to you.

SHIPPING for returns?
If the item is damaged in transit or faulty a full refund including your shipping cost will be refunded or a replacement will be sent once we receive the faulty item. We will also refund return shipping cost unless you are returning the item to exchange for another item in which case you will be charged for the original shipping, the return shipping for the original item and the shipping of the replacement product.

CREDIT for returns?
A credit note will be provided for you to exchange to the same value.

You are welcome to return your item directly to our premises during the hours of 9.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday at:
